This page explains payment-related information for direct purchases through BixbyMartPvtLtd.shop. Read it with the Terms of Service and the information for the item you intend to buy.

Currency and the total payable

The website's stated currency is GBP (£). Consumer prices must include applicable taxes, and the complete amount payable must be made clear before you place the order. This statement does not assert that the company is VAT registered or that every transaction has the same tax treatment.

The stated UK shipping charge is free. Review the final order total, quantity and selected options before confirming. Any optional paid service or adjustment needs to be clearly explained and agreed; it should not appear as an unexpected fee after purchase.

If your bank account uses a different currency, the bank or payment provider may apply its own conversion rate or charges. Those are distinct from the store's GBP order total. Ask the provider about its terms where necessary.

Selecting a payment method

Use only a payment method actually offered for your transaction and read the associated provider information. Do not assume that every card, wallet, instalment product or marketplace payment service is accepted by this website.

Before submitting, check the item, variant, address and total. Follow legitimate authentication prompts from the selected provider. An authorisation or pending entry can differ from a completed charge, and neither alone establishes the full order status.

Unclear or failed payment attempts

Include the approximate time, order reference if available and the checkout email address. Redacted transaction evidence can help investigate a duplicate charge.

Do not include your full card number, security code, banking password or authentication code. Your bank or payment provider can clarify the status of a pending authorisation; support can help identify the related order records.

If an erroneous duplicate payment is identified, any correction due must be arranged. If goods cannot be supplied, the appropriate refund for the unsupplied goods is separate from a return procedure for goods already received.

Refunds

The Return and Refund Policy explains cancellation, faults and the additional 30-day notification window for eligible standard-goods returns. Statutory cancellation refunds are due without undue delay, normally no later than 14 calendar days after the earlier of returned-goods receipt or evidence of sending them back where the seller has not offered collection. The different statutory rule applies where collection is offered or no return-based deadline applies.

A statutory faulty-goods rejection refund must be given without undue delay and within 14 days beginning with agreement that it is due. Refunds required by law go to the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a reimbursement fee. You are not required to accept store credit.

Issuing a refund and the provider posting it to your account are different stages. Contact support if an expected refund is missing so it can be traced. Provider processing does not remove statutory responsibilities or permit an indefinite delay.
