BIXBYMART CUSTOMER INFORMATION

Here to help.

Delivery, returns and the details behind your order.

Return and Refund Policy

This policy covers purchases made directly through BixbyMartPvtLtd.shop for UK customers. BixbyMartPvtLtd is the storefront name used in this policy. Your statutory rights apply alongside the additional return offer below.

Three different routes

  • Additional change-of-mind offer: notify us within 30 calendar days after delivery for eligible standard goods, then send the goods back within 14 calendar days after notifying us.
  • Statutory online cancellation: for eligible goods, notify cancellation within 14 calendar days after the day of delivery, then return them within a further 14 calendar days after notifying us.
  • Faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods: your remedies depend on the law and circumstances. They are not limited to either change-of-mind window.

The additional 30-day offer

For standard goods, you may tell us that you wish to return an item within 30 calendar days after delivery. For this additional offer, goods should be unused apart from reasonable inspection, complete with the supplied components and accessories, and in a condition suitable for resale. Opening packaging to inspect an item does not by itself make it ineligible. Suitable protective replacement packaging is acceptable.

The additional offer does not provide a period of use or rental. Using a costume at an event or installing a light can go beyond reasonable inspection. That may affect eligibility under this additional offer, but does not automatically remove statutory cancellation or faulty-goods rights. We assess the applicable route rather than applying a blanket “opened items cannot be returned” rule.

Genuinely personalised or customer-specified goods are assessed individually as explained below. Reduced-price standard goods have the same statutory rights as full-price goods.

How to notify a return or cancellation

Email support@BixbyMartPvtLtd.shop, call +44 7706682136, or use the contact page. Give your name, order reference or other proof of purchase, and identify the goods. If you are cancelling, a clear statement that you wish to cancel is enough; no reason is required. You do not need our approval to exercise a statutory cancellation right.

Ask for the correct return destination and packing arrangements before sending a parcel, particularly for a large or fragile item. The registered office is not designated as a returns depot. A request for instructions must not delay or defeat a statutory right. If instructions are delayed, contact us promptly and keep your cancellation message and evidence of any return. Statutory rules governing the return destination continue to apply.

Do not send full card details, bank passwords or authentication codes. Photographs may help explain a fault but are not a universal condition of making a claim.

Returning and protecting the goods

Use packaging suited to the item's weight, dimensions and fragility. Protect glass, mirrors, projecting fittings and decorative surfaces separately where relevant. Retain proof of posting or collection until the matter is resolved. Include an order reference inside the parcel where practical.

Do not energise, dismantle or attempt to repair an electrical item that appears unsafe. Explain the issue so a safe return or collection route can be considered. We do not require unsafe handling or use of an unsuitable postal service.

Return costs

Free outward shipping does not itself include free change-of-mind return postage. For a statutory cancellation, you bear direct return costs only where that responsibility was properly disclosed before you entered the contract; otherwise we bear them. Where goods cannot normally be returned by post, applicable information about the return cost must also be supplied before purchase.

If goods are faulty, damaged on delivery, incorrect or misdescribed and a statutory remedy requires their return, we bear the reasonable return costs required by law. We also bear necessary costs of a statutory repair or replacement. A request to contact us first does not transfer those costs to you.

Your 14-day statutory cancellation right

For an eligible online goods purchase, the cancellation period ends 14 calendar days after the day you, or someone you nominate other than the carrier, receives the goods. Where one order consists of goods delivered separately, the period generally runs from receipt of the last goods; for an item delivered in multiple pieces, it runs from receipt of the last piece. You may also cancel before delivery.

After telling us you are cancelling, send the goods back without undue delay and within 14 calendar days, unless we have offered to collect them. You may inspect them as you reasonably would in a shop. Where permitted by law, a refund may be reduced for actual diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. This is not an automatic restocking charge. The statutory conditions for any deduction must be met, including the required cancellation information having been provided.

We do not impose a seven-day cancellation deadline. A failure to provide legally required cancellation information can extend your cancellation period; this policy does not remove that extension.

Personalised goods and individual exceptions

The statutory change-of-mind right does not generally apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised. The exception must be assessed against the actual item and order. Examples could include a piece engraved with your chosen wording or made to genuinely individual measurements. A standard design made after an order is placed, or selection from ordinary stocked options, is not automatically treated as personalised.

We do not apply a blanket exception to all lighting, décor, costumes, handmade goods or sale items. Any relevant exception must be made clear for the particular purchase before ordering. A decorative shield is not excluded merely because it has a shield shape, and a standard costume does not lose cancellation rights simply because it can be tried on.

The additional 30-day change-of-mind offer excludes goods genuinely made to your specifications or clearly personalised unless a specific offer says otherwise. This never removes rights where those goods are faulty, unsafe, incorrect or not as described.

Faulty-goods remedies

Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for an agreed purpose and as described. Where the statutory short-term right to reject applies, it normally lasts 30 days beginning after delivery and the other applicable statutory conditions are met. If installation by the seller is part of the contract, the relevant completion requirement also matters. Agreeing to repair or replacement can pause that period under the statutory rules.

After that initial period, you may have a right to repair or replacement, subject to the legal limits on impossible or disproportionate remedies. This must be within a reasonable time, without significant inconvenience and at our necessary cost. If a repair or replacement fails, cannot be provided, or is not completed as required, you may be entitled to a price reduction or final rejection. Faulty-goods rights can continue after our additional 30-day offer ends.

Tell us about a problem as soon as reasonably possible. There is no seven-day reporting rule extinguishing your rights, and original packaging is not essential to a statutory remedy. Damage caused by misuse is assessed separately from a fault present when supplied. Installation or use does not by itself prove misuse.

Refund amounts and statutory deadlines

For a qualifying full statutory cancellation, we refund the goods price and any refundable standard outward delivery charge. The stated standard outward shipping charge for this website is free, so there is no paid standard charge to reimburse. Where a separately agreed upgraded delivery service was chosen, the law generally requires reimbursement only up to the least expensive standard delivery offered.

A statutory cancellation refund is due without undue delay. If we have not offered to collect the goods, it must be made no later than 14 calendar days after receiving them back or receiving evidence that you sent them back, whichever is earlier. If we have offered collection, or in another case to which that return-based deadline does not apply, the deadline is normally 14 calendar days after notification of cancellation. Inspection does not restart the clock.

A refund following statutory rejection for faulty goods must be given without undue delay and within 14 days beginning with the day we agree that you are entitled to it. We must not use an open-ended inspection process to avoid our legal responsibilities.

Refunds required by law use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, with no reimbursement fee. Store credit is not compulsory. A payment provider's processing stage is separate from our action to issue the refund and does not remove our statutory responsibilities. Contact us if an expected refund is missing so the transaction can be traced.

Exchanges and orders on other platforms

Contact us if you would prefer another size, finish or item. Availability and any price difference need to be established for the specific request. A request for a voluntary exchange does not remove a statutory right to a refund or replacement. No alternative item will be substituted without your agreement.

This website policy does not replace the terms of an Etsy transaction. For a purchase through Etsy, use the relevant order record and seller messaging route. Marketplace protections should not be assumed to apply to a direct website purchase.

Optional cancellation form

You may copy the following wording into an email or letter. Using it is optional; an equally clear statement is sufficient.

To: BIXBY MART PVT LTD, International House, 100 Menzies Road, Hastings, United Kingdom, TN38 9BB; support@BixbyMartPvtLtd.shop.

“I/We hereby give notice that I/We cancel my/our contract of sale of the following goods.”

Include the goods, order date or receipt date, your name, your address and the date of the notice. Add a signature only if submitting on paper. Delete whichever of “I/We” and “my/our” does not apply. The address in this form is for the notice; it does not designate a parcel-return depot.

Privacy Policy

This notice concerns personal information supplied in connection with BixbyMartPvtLtd.shop, orders, enquiries and customer support. BIXBY MART PVT LTD is the company identified for the purposes of this notice. Contact support@BixbyMartPvtLtd.shop about privacy matters.

Company and contact information

The registered office is a company-registration address. It is not identified here as a dispatch warehouse, return depot, showroom or collection point.

You can send a privacy request by email or write to the registered office. Describe the information or interaction concerned. Please provide only what is reasonably needed to identify your request and never send passwords or full payment credentials.

Information connected with your purchase or enquiry

When you request product information, place an order or seek help, the relevant information can include your name, contact details, delivery and billing addresses, chosen products, order reference, correspondence and transaction status. A return or complaint may include photographs or an account of the problem. Please avoid including unrelated people or unnecessary sensitive details in photographs.

If a product requires personalisation, the information needed for the requested specification may form part of the order. Do not include another person's personal information unless you are entitled to provide it. Personalisation information should be limited to the purpose for which it was supplied.

Information can come directly from you, from someone authorised to act for you, or from the payment and delivery services handling the transaction. If you contact a seller through an external marketplace, that platform's privacy notice also applies to the information it collects and discloses.

Purposes and lawful bases

Order details are used to take steps you request before a purchase, administer the transaction, arrange delivery and deal with contractual returns or enquiries. The lawful basis is performance of the contract or the steps needed to enter it.

Records required by accounting, tax or consumer law are processed to comply with the relevant legal obligations. This is separate from optional advertising or tracking.

Handling business correspondence, investigating suspected fraud, protecting systems and resolving legal claims can involve legitimate interests in running a secure business and resolving disputes. Such processing must be necessary and balanced against your rights. You may object on grounds relating to your circumstances.

Where processing relies on consent, that consent must cover the actual purpose. You may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. Purchasing an item or accepting sales terms does not give blanket consent to optional marketing or tracking.

Payments and delivery information

A payment service needs the information required to process the payment and conduct its checks. The store needs transaction information to identify payments and administer orders and refunds. The particular provider's privacy information governs its separate responsibilities. Do not supply full card numbers, security codes or banking passwords through support messages.

Delivery and return arrangements require relevant recipient, address and parcel information to be shared with the providers handling the goods. Information should be limited to what those services need. A company's registered address does not identify where a delivery provider, supplier or data-processing service is located.

Categories of recipients

Recipients may include the ecommerce platform, the payment service selected for the transaction, delivery or fulfilment providers, business communications providers and professional advisers where their services are needed. Information may also be disclosed to regulators, courts or public authorities where lawfully required.

A provider may act as a processor on business instructions or as an independent controller for its own legal obligations or services. Sharing for an order does not itself permit unrelated advertising use. The Cookies Policy addresses storage and access technologies separately.

Optional communications and website technologies

If you subscribe to marketing, you can withdraw consent or object to direct marketing by contacting support@BixbyMartPvtLtd.shop; an unsubscribe route in a marketing message provides another way to stop those messages. A minimal suppression record may be needed to respect your preference. Essential messages about an order, cancellation or security issue are separate from promotional messages.

Technical data can include network and browser information associated with a website request. Cookies, pixels and related technologies can have different purposes and legal conditions. The presence of an ecommerce platform does not mean every analytics or advertising feature is part of your interaction. Consent or another lawful exception must be assessed for the particular technology and use.

Retention

Information should be kept only for as long as necessary for its purpose. For orders, the relevant considerations include completing the purchase, handling applicable consumer rights, accounting and tax obligations, and the need to establish or defend a claim. A dispute or specific legal duty may justify keeping relevant records longer.

For enquiries, the criteria include whether the matter is resolved and whether a related complaint or claim remains possible. Marketing records depend on the permission or other lawful basis for their use; suppression information serves the separate purpose of preventing unwanted contact. Technical records and cookie lifetimes should be assessed by their own purposes, rather than automatically being retained for as long as accounting records.

Contact us for information about the retention applying to a particular record. Closing an account or withdrawing marketing consent does not necessarily require the deletion of records that must be retained by law.

International processing

UK delivery addresses do not establish where all service providers process information. Where personal information is transferred outside the UK, applicable UK transfer rules must be met, including an adequacy route or suitable safeguards where required. The route depends on the actual provider, destination and processing.

You can request information about relevant international transfers and safeguards, including how to obtain a copy where applicable. This notice does not treat a provider's brand name or a general reference to security as proof of a particular transfer arrangement.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal information. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests and to direct marketing, including related profiling. You may withdraw consent where that is the lawful basis.

These rights have different conditions. For example, a legal record-keeping obligation may prevent immediate deletion of some transaction information. A request will be assessed under the applicable rules, and any restriction or refusal must be explained.

We may request proportionate identification where reasonably necessary before disclosing information. Requests must be addressed within the applicable statutory period, normally one month, subject to lawful clarification or extension rules. There is normally no charge for exercising these rights.

If an automated payment or fraud decision affects your order, contact us with the order reference so the issue and the relevant provider can be identified. Where applicable law gives you rights in relation to significant automated decisions, those rights remain available. A failed payment is not proof of wrongdoing.

Providing information, security and complaints

Essential order and delivery information is needed to fulfil a purchase. If it is not supplied, that service may not be possible. Optional marketing choices are separate. Protect your account and email credentials, and avoid sending unnecessary personal information in an enquiry.

If you believe a child has supplied information inappropriately, contact us so the circumstances can be assessed. A costume or decorative product description does not, by itself, establish that a website service is directed at children.

You can raise a privacy concern at support@BixbyMartPvtLtd.shop. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office; you do not need to exhaust an internal process first.

Changes to this notice should reflect actual processing. Updating text alone does not authorise a new purpose that requires consent or replace a necessary notice to affected individuals.

Terms of Service

These terms cover direct consumer purchases through BixbyMartPvtLtd.shop for the United Kingdom. Read them with the relevant product description, the Shipping Policy, the Return and Refund Policy and any specific information agreed for your order. Save a copy of the terms and order information for your records.

Business identification

BixbyMartPvtLtd is the storefront name used in these terms. The company details are:

The registered office is a company-registration address. It is not identified here as a dispatch warehouse, return depot, showroom or collection point.

Products and choosing an item

The specific product page should identify the item, dimensions, materials, finish, included components, relevant options and intended use. Information from an Etsy listing should not be assumed to describe every item offered on this website. Only the goods and options identified for your website order form part of that purchase.

For any lighting offered, check the stated electrical specification, fitting requirements and included parts before buying. For décor, check dimensions, weight and mounting needs. For any costume or prop, check measurements and intended use. A decorative or costume description is not a claim of protective performance, certification or suitability for combat.

Screen settings can affect how colours appear, but this does not excuse a material difference from the description. Descriptions such as handmade or bespoke do not remove rights to goods of satisfactory quality or permit undisclosed faults.

Ordering and correcting information

Before submitting an order, review the chosen item, options, quantity, contact details, delivery address and total. Contact us promptly if something is wrong or if you want to cancel. Changes depend on the order's stage, but statutory cancellation rights are not limited to a short period immediately after checkout.

Keep the order communications sent to you. A pending payment entry is not conclusive proof that an order was accepted. If the outcome is unclear, contact us before repeatedly attempting payment. No materially different substitute or additional paid service will be supplied without your agreement.

If an item cannot be supplied, we will explain the position and any refund due. If an error affects the price or description, it must be dealt with fairly under the applicable contract and consumer rules; these terms do not grant an unrestricted right to rewrite an accepted order retrospectively.

Prices, payment and taxes

Prices and order amounts are in GBP (£). Consumer prices must include applicable taxes, and the total payable must be clear before the order is placed. This wording does not state that the company is VAT registered. Use the payment methods actually offered for your transaction and review their information before paying. See the Payment Policy.

Standard shipping is free under the stated UK service. No minimum spend, additional delivery surcharge or particular payment-provider availability is created by these terms. Additional paid options require clear information and your agreement.

Delivery

The merchant's stated estimates are 1–2 business days for handling, followed by 2–3 business days for carrier transit, giving 3–5 business days estimated total delivery. Do not add handling to that total a second time. These are estimates, not a guaranteed delivery appointment for every postcode or product.

Review the Shipping Policy and any item-specific information before ordering. If an essential delivery date matters, contact us beforehand so any specific commitment can be established. A delay does not remove your legal rights. Goods must normally be delivered within 30 days unless a different period has been agreed.

Where we arrange the carrier, risk remains with the seller until you or a person you nominate takes physical possession. A tracking label or delivered scan is not by itself proof that this happened. Tell us about a missing or damaged delivery so it can be investigated.

Cancellation, returns and faults

Eligible online purchases normally have a 14-calendar-day statutory cancellation period after the day of delivery and a further 14 calendar days to return after notification. The additional offer allows notification within 30 calendar days after delivery for eligible standard goods, with the conditions in the Return and Refund Policy.

Genuinely personalised or customer-specified goods require individual assessment. Standard options and making a standard item after ordering do not automatically remove cancellation rights. Mandatory faulty-goods rights remain even where a change-of-mind exception applies.

Goods must meet the applicable standards of quality, description and fitness for purpose. Depending on the circumstances, remedies may include rejection, refund, repair, replacement or price reduction. No provision here makes statutory rights conditional on unused condition, original packaging, a seven-day fault report or acceptance of store credit.

Using the website and external services

Do not misuse the service, submit fraudulent orders, interfere with other users or attempt unauthorised access. If an account is provided, protect its credentials and report suspected misuse. These conditions do not restrict legitimate complaints or statutory rights.

Text, photographs, artwork and branding may be protected by rights belonging to their respective owners. Buying a product does not grant a general licence to reproduce that content commercially. You may keep the information needed for your purchase and personal records.

An external marketplace has its own transaction terms and privacy practices. Reviews attributed to Etsy describe Etsy activity and are not reviews collected from this website's customers. External links do not establish common ownership or endorsement.

Privacy and optional choices

Read the Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy for information about personal data and relevant choices. Acceptance of sale terms is not blanket consent to advertising, email subscriptions or optional tracking.

Complaints and remedies

Send a complaint to support@BixbyMartPvtLtd.shop, identifying the order, issue and resolution sought. Relevant photographs or documents may help, but only supply what is needed. We will consider the circumstances and explain the proposed response.

If a complaint remains unresolved, any dispute-resolution information required by applicable law will be supplied, including whether the business is obliged or willing to use a relevant scheme. No membership of a particular scheme is asserted here. You remain free to seek independent advice, use an available payment-provider dispute route or pursue court remedies.

Liability, applicable law and changes

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence, or removes mandatory consumer rights. Any limit on a remedy must be lawful and appropriate to the circumstances.

The law of England and Wales applies to these terms without depriving consumers of mandatory protections or court-access rights available where they live, including Scotland and Northern Ireland. Changes apply to future transactions and do not retrospectively remove rights or change an existing contract without a lawful basis.

For questions, use the contact page or support@BixbyMartPvtLtd.shop.

Shipping Policy

This policy concerns direct orders from BixbyMartPvtLtd.shop for UK customers. It explains the supplied delivery estimates, the difference between handling and carrier transit, and what to do if something goes wrong.

Market, currency and shipping charge

The direct website market is the United Kingdom only, with prices in GBP (£). The stated shipping charge is free. Offers on external marketplaces can differ and do not extend this website's delivery territory or create additional services.

Check the delivery information for the particular item and address before ordering. The standard estimate below should not be treated as a guaranteed delivery date for every UK postcode. If a location or large, fragile or individually specified item needs clarification, contact support@BixbyMartPvtLtd.shop before paying. Any different timing that is agreed for a purchase should be made clear before the contract is concluded.

The three delivery stages

  • Handling: estimated 1–2 business days to prepare the order for dispatch.
  • Carrier transit: estimated 2–3 business days after dispatch.
  • Estimated total delivery: 3–5 business days, combining handling and transit.

Handling is already included in the total; it is not added again. Business-day estimates are distinct from calendar days. A carrier's transit quote covers only its part of the journey. A shipping-label notification does not establish that handling is complete or that the carrier has physically received the parcel.

If you need delivery for an event, installation or other essential date, contact us before purchasing. Do not book an installation solely on the basis of an estimated arrival date. A date specifically agreed as essential may give additional rights if missed.

Address and order details

Provide the full recipient name, delivery address and postcode, together with contact information needed for the order. Review the details carefully. If you notice a mistake, contact us promptly with the order reference and correction. A change may become difficult once dispatch is underway, but a request will be considered in light of the actual order status.

Do not assume that the registered office is the dispatch location or a customer collection point. If you need information about dispatch origin for a particular item, ask before ordering.

Dispatch information and tracking

Check the order and dispatch information supplied for your purchase. Where tracking is provided, use it to follow carrier updates; the first scan may appear after the label is created. Contact us if you need the parcel status or help interpreting an update.

For an unsuccessful delivery attempt, follow the carrier's legitimate redelivery instructions and contact us if help is needed. An unexpected message demanding payment should be checked against your actual order before you respond.

Delays, missing parcels and damage

If the expected delivery period passes, contact support@BixbyMartPvtLtd.shop with the order reference and available delivery information. We will investigate and explain the relevant options. You do not have to resolve a dispute with our chosen carrier alone.

Where the seller arranges delivery, responsibility remains with the seller until you, or someone you nominate, physically receives the goods. Tell us if tracking reports delivery but you have not received the parcel. Checking whether someone at the address accepted it can help, but a carrier scan does not override your rights.

For damaged goods, describe the damage and retain relevant packaging if practical. Photographs can help but are not an absolute condition of a remedy. Do not handle broken glass or use an electrical item that appears unsafe merely to obtain evidence.

Your rights when delivery is late

Unless a different delivery period was agreed, the statutory default is delivery without undue delay and within 30 days. The shorter estimate stated above remains relevant to your order; the statutory default is not permission to disregard it.

Depending on the circumstances, you may set an appropriate additional delivery period and cancel if it is missed. Immediate cancellation can be available where delivery is refused or an essential agreed deadline is missed. Any refund due must be handled under the applicable rules.

Returns after delivery

See the Return and Refund Policy for statutory cancellation, faulty goods and the additional 30-day change-of-mind offer for eligible standard goods. Free outward shipping does not determine who pays return postage. Ask for the correct return destination rather than treating the registered office as a parcel depot.

Contact and company information

Contact Information Policy

For questions about a direct website order, delivery, cancellation, return or the information on BixbyMartPvtLtd.shop, contact us using the details below.

Business details and contact routes

The registered office is a company-registration address. It is not identified here as a dispatch warehouse, return depot, showroom or collection point.

You can also use the Contact Information page. For a cancellation, send a clear statement identifying the purchase. Exercising a statutory cancellation right does not depend on receiving prior approval.

Helping us identify your enquiry

For an existing order, include the order number and the email or name used for the purchase. Describe the issue and what you would like us to do. For a product question, include the product title or link and the specification you want clarified.

If a parcel is late, include any tracking information available. If an item is damaged or incorrect, a brief description and photographs can help where practical. Do not put yourself at risk to obtain a photograph, and do not send passwords, full card numbers or banking authentication codes.

Correspondence and returns

The registered office above identifies the company's legal registration address. It does not establish a warehouse, showroom or in-person support service. Ask for the appropriate destination and process before sending a product return. A request for instructions does not make statutory rights dependent on permission.

Useful information

  • Shipping Policy: free shipping for the stated UK service; 1–2 business days handling plus 2–3 business days transit, for 3–5 business days estimated total delivery.
  • Return and Refund Policy: additional 30-day notification window for eligible standard goods, statutory cancellation and faulty-goods remedies.
  • Payment Policy: order totals, payment questions and refund information.
  • Frequently Asked Questions: practical guidance for buying and contacting support.

Complaints, privacy and marketplace orders

For a complaint, identify the transaction, issue and resolution sought. Contacting us does not prevent you from using any available legal remedy or payment-provider dispute process.

Send privacy requests to support@BixbyMartPvtLtd.shop. The Privacy Policy explains relevant rights and how information is used. A customer-service enquiry is not consent to receive marketing.

For an Etsy purchase, use the seller messaging route attached to that Etsy order. This helps identify the correct transaction; a direct website order and an Etsy order have different purchase records and platform terms.

Contact Information

Contact BixbyMartPvtLtd for help understanding a product, checking a direct website order, notifying cancellation or raising a delivery or return issue.

Email and telephone

Email support@BixbyMartPvtLtd.shop or telephone +44 7706682136. Please include an order reference for an existing purchase, or a product link for a question before ordering. A clear written message can help keep a record of a cancellation or an issue requiring follow-up.

Do not send full card details, card security codes, passwords or one-time bank authentication codes. We do not need those details to identify an order enquiry.

Before you order

Ask about any specification that is important to your decision. Depending on the item offered, this could include dimensions, materials, mounting requirements, electrical compatibility, costume measurements or the precise scope of personalisation. Refer to the individual website listing rather than assuming that an Etsy item or option is also available here.

If a delivery date is essential, contact us before ordering. The standard estimate is 1–2 business days handling plus 2–3 business days carrier transit, giving 3–5 business days estimated total delivery. It is not a guaranteed arrival date for every item or postcode.

Existing orders and returns

Include your order number, the name or email used at checkout, and a concise description of the help required. Tell us promptly about address corrections or a request to stop dispatch. For a missing parcel, include any tracking details available.

For damage, describe the issue and provide photographs if practical and safe. Do not use an electrical item that appears damaged or attempt an unsafe repair. Original packaging and photographs can help an investigation but are not universal conditions of statutory rights.

For a return, ask for the correct destination and arrangements before sending a parcel. The Return and Refund Policy explains the additional 30-day offer for eligible standard goods, statutory cancellation and faulty-goods remedies. A statutory cancellation does not need our approval.

Company information

The registered office is a company-registration address. It is not identified here as a dispatch warehouse, return depot, showroom or collection point.

The Companies House record provides public registration information. The registered office is distinct from any fulfilment, collection or returns service.

Other useful pages

Read the Shipping Policy, Payment Policy and Frequently Asked Questions for practical purchasing information. If your purchase was made on Etsy, use the seller messaging route attached to that order so the correct marketplace transaction can be located.

Complaints and privacy

For a complaint, explain the issue and the resolution you would like. Relevant evidence can help, but avoid sending unrelated personal details. A support request does not automatically sign you up for marketing. Read the Privacy Policy for information about personal data and rights, or email the same support address with a privacy request.

Cookies Policy

This policy explains storage and access technologies in connection with BixbyMartPvtLtd.shop. Read it alongside the Privacy Policy for wider information about personal data and your rights.

Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small records stored by a browser. Similar technologies include local storage, tracking pixels and techniques used to recognise a device or link interactions. The rules depend on what the technology does and its purpose, rather than just its name.

Some storage lasts for a browsing session, while persistent records can remain after the browser closes. Technical identifiers can relate to a person or device even if they do not contain a name. A browser's visible cookie list does not necessarily reveal every form of server-side processing.

Necessary functionality

Storage that is strictly necessary for a service you request can be treated differently from optional tracking. For example, a basket session or a security function may need technical information to work. The exemption applies to the necessary purpose, not automatically to every feature provided by an ecommerce platform.

Advertising or unrelated measurement cannot be treated as necessary merely because it benefits a business. Where a technology serves several purposes, each purpose and the applicable conditions need to be considered.

Optional analytics, advertising and personalisation

Advertising-related storage or access requires appropriate consent. Accepting purchase terms or continuing to browse is not a blanket instruction to enable optional advertising technologies.

Certain limited statistical or appearance-related uses can qualify for legal exceptions if all the relevant conditions are met, including clear information and a simple, free means of objecting where required. This does not make all analytics exempt. Uses outside an applicable exception require consent before the relevant storage or access.

A reference to a category in a notice does not mean that every provider or feature in that category is used. The actual technology, purpose, provider, information involved and duration determine the necessary information and controls.

Consent and objections

Where consent is required, it must be a genuine choice and capable of withdrawal. Rejecting optional tracking should not be treated as rejecting the basic service you requested. Changes to a choice apply to future use governed by that choice; they do not retrospectively make previous lawful processing unlawful.

For help with a website privacy choice or an objection, contact support@BixbyMartPvtLtd.shop and identify the page and technology concerned if you can. Avoid sending unrelated browsing history. Email-marketing subscriptions are separate from browser storage: stopping promotional email and changing cookie choices can require separate actions.

Browser controls

Your browser's privacy or site-settings controls let you inspect, delete or restrict stored information. Blocking all storage can also affect necessary shopping, login or checkout functions. Browser controls are additional to the consent or objection mechanism required for the particular website technology.

Clearing site data, changing devices or using private browsing can remove or separate a saved preference. A setting in one browser does not necessarily apply elsewhere. Removing a browser record does not automatically delete information already held by a service provider; the data-protection rights in the Privacy Policy may be relevant.

External platforms

Following a link to Etsy takes you to a separate platform with its own privacy information and controls. The destination may store information when you interact with it. This website's policy does not replace Etsy's notice or establish that your choices are synchronised between platforms.

Questions and changes

For a question about a particular cookie or record, include its name, the page, your browser and a description of what you observed, where available. Do not send payment credentials or unrelated personal information.

Any new use must satisfy the applicable notice, consent or exception requirements. Updating this page alone does not provide consent or configure a browser control.

The registered office is a company-registration address. It is not identified here as a dispatch warehouse, return depot, showroom or collection point.

The website's stated currency is GBP (£). Consumer prices must include applicable taxes, and the complete amount payable must be made clear before you place the order. This statement does not assert that the company is VAT registered or that every transaction has the same tax treatment.

The stated UK shipping charge is free. Review the final order total, quantity and selected options before confirming. Any optional paid service or adjustment needs to be clearly explained and agreed; it should not appear as an unexpected fee after purchase.

If your bank account uses a different currency, the bank or payment provider may apply its own conversion rate or charges. Those are distinct from the store's GBP order total. Ask the provider about its terms where necessary.

Selecting a payment method

Use only a payment method actually offered for your transaction and read the associated provider information. Do not assume that every card, wallet, instalment product or marketplace payment service is accepted by this website.

Before submitting, check the item, variant, address and total. Follow legitimate authentication prompts from the selected provider. An authorisation or pending entry can differ from a completed charge, and neither alone establishes the full order status.

Unclear or failed payment attempts

If an attempt appears to fail or the outcome is unclear, check for an order message and contact support@BixbyMartPvtLtd.shop before repeatedly submitting payment. Include the approximate time, order reference if available and the checkout email address. Redacted transaction evidence can help investigate a duplicate charge.

Do not include your full card number, security code, banking password or authentication code. Your bank or payment provider can clarify the status of a pending authorisation; support can help identify the related order records.

If an erroneous duplicate payment is identified, any correction due must be arranged. If goods cannot be supplied, the appropriate refund for the unsupplied goods is separate from a return procedure for goods already received.

Refunds

The Return and Refund Policy explains cancellation, faults and the additional 30-day notification window for eligible standard-goods returns. Statutory cancellation refunds are due without undue delay, normally no later than 14 calendar days after the earlier of returned-goods receipt or evidence of sending them back where the seller has not offered collection. The different statutory rule applies where collection is offered or no return-based deadline applies.

A statutory faulty-goods rejection refund must be given without undue delay and within 14 days beginning with agreement that it is due. Refunds required by law go to the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a reimbursement fee. You are not required to accept store credit.

Issuing a refund and the provider posting it to your account are different stages. Contact support if an expected refund is missing so it can be traced. Provider processing does not remove statutory responsibilities or permit an indefinite delay.

Payment information and other channels

For practical precautions, read the Secure Checkout page. The Privacy Policy explains personal-information handling. Do not send sensitive payment credentials through email or a contact form.

An Etsy transaction uses Etsy's checkout arrangements and purchase record. Its payment methods and platform protections must not be assumed to apply to an order on this website.

Secure Checkout

This page gives practical guidance for shopping at BixbyMartPvtLtd.shop and protecting your payment and account information. It does not replace the Payment Policy or the Privacy Policy.

Check the website and connection

Before entering personal or payment details, check the full website address and your browser's connection information. An HTTPS connection encrypts data in transit; modern encrypted connections use TLS, although “SSL” is still commonly used as a label.

Do not proceed through an unexplained browser security warning. Encryption is one part of security and is not, on its own, certification of a business, product or refund arrangement. A logo or padlock image within a webpage is not the same as your browser's connection information.

Protect payment details

Use the legitimate payment process for your transaction and review the amount before confirming. Your bank or provider may request authentication. Do not disclose banking passwords, full card details, security codes or one-time authentication codes in an email, support message or contact form.

For an order enquiry, an order reference and relevant contact details are normally sufficient to identify the matter. If transaction evidence is requested, redact information not needed for the enquiry.

Avoid duplicate or suspicious payments

If a checkout attempt is uncertain, check whether an order was recorded before paying again. A pending entry may be an authorisation rather than a completed charge. Contact support@BixbyMartPvtLtd.shop to help identify the order, and use your bank's official route for questions about its payment record.

Treat unexpected payment instructions cautiously, especially if the requested destination or method differs from the transaction you intended. A message's displayed sender name is not proof of authenticity. Return to the known website address or use the published support details to check.

Account and device precautions

Keep your browser and device software up to date. Protect the email account used for purchases and any store account you create. Where passwords are used, avoid reusing them across services. Sign out on a shared device and do not save sensitive information in a place others can access.

Optional tracking choices are separate from necessary checkout functions. See the Cookies Policy for information about storage, consent and objections.

Reporting a concern

Stop entering sensitive information if you notice an unexpected address, warning or request. Contact support@BixbyMartPvtLtd.shop with the page and a description of what happened. A screenshot can help if personal and payment information is removed first.

If a payment credential may have been exposed or a charge appears unauthorised, contact your bank or payment provider promptly through its official support route. Include an order reference when contacting the store about the related purchase. No online transaction can be promised to be entirely free from risk.

Frequently Asked Questions

These answers concern direct purchases through BixbyMartPvtLtd.shop. The complete Terms of Service, Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy give further detail.

What company details are provided?

The company is BIXBY MART PVT LTD, number 16980472, a private limited company registered in England and Wales. The registered office is International House, 100 Menzies Road, Hastings, United Kingdom, TN38 9BB. You can consult Companies House. A registered office does not establish the location of a dispatch or returns warehouse.

What products and options can I buy here?

Use the individual website product page for the items and options actually offered. Listings under BixbyMartPvtLtd on Etsy include lighting, decorative pieces and costume or cosplay items, but that does not mean every Etsy item or custom option is available on this website. See the About Us page for the external listing context.

What should I check before buying lighting or décor?

Check the dimensions, weight, materials, included components and mounting or electrical requirements shown for the particular product. Do not infer voltage, certification, installation service or country of manufacture from a photograph or a company name. Ask for clarification before purchase if a specification matters to your decision.

What should I check before buying a costume or prop?

Review measurements, materials, included pieces and intended use. A decorative shield, armour costume or cosplay prop must not be assumed to be protective equipment. Check the specific information and any relevant event restrictions. Trying on an item for inspection is different from wearing it at an event.

Are customised goods always excluded from returns?

No blanket rule applies to the whole range. Goods genuinely made to your specifications or clearly personalised can be exempt from statutory change-of-mind cancellation. A standard option or a standard item produced after ordering is not automatically exempt. Faulty or misdescribed personalised goods still carry statutory rights.

Where do you sell, and what currency is used?

The stated website market is UK customers only and the currency is GBP (£). Consumer prices must include applicable taxes. Review the final amount before paying; this does not assert VAT registration.

How much is shipping?

The stated UK shipping charge is free. This does not establish the return-postage arrangement or a guaranteed delivery date for every postcode. Contact support before ordering if the delivery information for the particular address or item needs clarification.

How long is delivery estimated to take?

Handling is estimated at 1–2 business days, carrier transit at 2–3 business days, and total delivery at 3–5 business days. The total already includes handling. Business days are distinct from calendar days. An estimate is not a confirmed appointment or assurance for every product and location.

Can I change an address or cancel before dispatch?

Contact support@BixbyMartPvtLtd.shop promptly with your order reference and requested change. What can be amended depends on the order's actual stage. If dispatch cannot be stopped, applicable statutory cancellation and return rights still remain.

Will there be tracking?

Check the dispatch information provided for your order. Where tracking is supplied, allow for the interval between label creation and the carrier's first scan. Contact support for the current parcel status. No particular carrier or universal tracking service is promised here.

What if a parcel is late or marked delivered but missing?

Contact support with the order and delivery information. Where the seller arranges the carrier, responsibility remains with the seller until you or your nominated recipient physically receives the goods. A scan does not override that rule. You do not have to resolve the carrier dispute alone.

Is the cancellation period 14 days or seven days?

For eligible online goods purchases, it is normally 14 calendar days after the day of delivery to notify cancellation, followed by a further 14 calendar days to return after notification. A seven-day marketplace return statement does not replace those statutory rights. The additional website offer allows notification within 30 calendar days after delivery for eligible standard goods.

How do I start a return?

Send a clear message identifying the order and goods to support@BixbyMartPvtLtd.shop. Ask for the correct return destination and suitable arrangements, especially for large or fragile items. The registered office is not identified as a return depot. A statutory cancellation does not require prior approval.

Does free shipping mean free returns?

No. For a statutory cancellation, direct return costs can be yours only where properly disclosed before purchase; otherwise the seller bears them. Where a faulty-goods remedy requires a return, the seller bears the reasonable return costs required by law. Read the full Return and Refund Policy and the information applicable to your order.

What condition must an item be in?

Under the additional 30-day offer, standard goods should be unused beyond reasonable inspection, complete and suitable for resale. Original packaging is helpful but suitable protective replacement packaging is acceptable. Those additional conditions do not remove statutory inspection rights or remedies for faulty goods.

Can I request an exchange?

Yes, you may ask about another size, finish or item. Availability and any price difference must be established for the request. A voluntary exchange request does not remove a statutory right to refund, repair or replacement.

When is a statutory refund due?

For a cancellation where collection has not been offered, reimbursement is due without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after returned-goods receipt or evidence of sending them back, whichever is earlier. Collection and certain other cases use the notification-based rule explained in the full policy. A faulty-goods rejection refund is due without undue delay and within 14 days beginning with agreement that it is due. Inspection does not create a fresh cancellation refund period.

What if an item is faulty after 30 days?

Statutory remedies can continue. Depending on the circumstances, repair, replacement, a price reduction or final rejection may be available. The additional change-of-mind period is not a time limit on all claims. Tell support about the issue, and do not use an item that appears unsafe.

How do I know which payment methods are accepted?

Use only the methods offered for your actual transaction. If a payment attempt is unclear, check for an order record before trying again. The Payment Policy and Secure Checkout page give practical guidance without assuming a particular payment gateway.

Are Etsy reviews reviews of this website?

No. Feedback identified as Etsy feedback relates to the relevant Etsy listing or marketplace experience. It is not presented as a review collected from a direct website purchase. Visit the BixbyMartPvtLtd Etsy page to inspect the source and its current information.

How can I raise a privacy question or complaint?

Email support@BixbyMartPvtLtd.shop; for an order complaint, include the order reference, issue and resolution sought. For a privacy request, identify the information or interaction concerned without sending unnecessary sensitive details. See the Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy.

How do I contact support?

Email support@BixbyMartPvtLtd.shop, call +44 7706682136, or use the Contact Information page. Do not send passwords or full payment credentials.

About Us

BixbyMartPvtLtd is the storefront name used at BixbyMartPvtLtd.shop. The website's shopping information is intended for UK customers, with GBP pricing and the delivery and return information linked below.

Product context and choosing carefully

Listings published under the BixbyMartPvtLtd name on Etsy include statement lighting, decorative wall pieces and costume or cosplay products. Examples reviewed include a brass chandelier, a decorative shield mirror and a Roman-style costume.

Those examples describe the Etsy listing context. Availability, options, specifications and delivery arrangements for a direct website purchase must be checked on the particular website product page. They should not be assumed to be identical across sales channels.

For lighting and décor, dimensions, materials, mounting requirements and electrical specifications can make a substantial difference to suitability. For a costume or prop, check measurements, included pieces and intended use. Descriptive styling does not establish safety certification, protective performance or country of manufacture.

Shopping information for this website

The stated service is UK-only, in GBP, with free shipping. Handling is estimated at 1–2 business days and carrier transit at 2–3 business days, giving 3–5 business days estimated total delivery. The Shipping Policy explains the distinction and how to raise a delivery question. Check the information relevant to the particular product and address rather than treating the estimate as a guaranteed arrival date.

The Return and Refund Policy provides an additional 30-day notification window for eligible standard-goods returns alongside statutory cancellation and faulty-goods rights. Free outward delivery does not determine who bears return costs.
